Our Sacred Home

Nestled in the mountains of Northern Costa Rica, you will find our humble abode with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in the jungle. This home offers unique and desirable amenities like an AC unit in each room, attached bathrooms, and a beautiful outdoor setting for all our yoga flows, somatic activities, and pool parties!

Meet The Team

Your host

Kinley Lane is a 1900-hour Certified Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, Clairvoyant Healer, and International Chakra Immersion Leader whose mission is to empower women around the world to remember their essence after a life-altering event and know how to trust themselves and their body's innate wisdom.

After experiencing many of life's trials, including but not limited to, betrayal trauma, divorce, sexual abuse, and infertility, Kinley knew she had to transform her pain into her purpose by creating each of her offerings to hold and help other women in similar situations. From attending over 15 fully immersive retreats specializing in overcoming trauma to 6+ years of in-depth chakra study, Kinley intentionally creates each offering to show people that joy after trauma is possible.

With a thriving online community of women learning to listen to their body's wisdom inside her signature course The Trauma Toolbox, Element-Based Chakra Events, sell-out International Chakra Immersions, and so much more, what drives her most is her passion to serve and see people's lives improve through learning to trust their body.

Kinley believes in embracing every single moment while here on this field trip called LIFE!

Cameron Zumwalt

Cameron is a Whole-Being Health Coach, General Contractor, Men's Group Coaching Leader, and a Phenomenal Husband and Best Friend to Kinley. He is the co-founder of the International Chakra Immersion and has been the Leader of many local community service projects in Costa Rica. His mission in life is to raise the vibration of Earth and create a better world for future generations.

After experiencing his own physical and emotional trials and healing through the power of whole foods, he knew he had to teach others about Mama Earth's healing powers.

What drives him most is his passion for teaching and seeing people's lives improve through whole-body health.

Cameron believes if you are unhappy in life, you need to do something new. Stagnicity never got anyone anywhere!

Tiffany Hilton

Tiffany is an Author, Artist, Yoga Instructor, and the co-creator of the International Chakra Immersion. Her life’s purpose is to remind the world how to genuinely love themselves, and view their physical body as a teammate in life.

She lived for years disassociated from reality, with severe anxiety and depression. Right there at rock bottom, she was thrown into a journey of healing and self-discovery, soaking up every ounce of knowledge she could get her hands on; Yoga Therapy Courses, Yoga Teacher Training, and Mindfulness Certifications.

Through time, patience, practice, more practice, and a continued love of Self, Tiffany bridged the gap between Trauma and Recovery by learning how to find safety within the walls of her own skin. Connecting to the chakras saved her life, and has forever directed her way of being. Tiffany cannot wait to support your return to your authentic and happiest self in Costa Rica!
